Making waves

This is my entry for Tara's Gallery over at Sticky Fingers. The theme this week is nature, and since I'll be on the beach when this goes up, I thought I'd give you a few pics from the Turkish seaside.

The beach we go to is shaded by Palm trees.

Those white flowers grow at the feet of the palms.

In the afternoon the lizards come out.

And finally, the sea.

It looks so lovely, oh please please please take me away with you.

My children? ... I have children? ... Oh, yes, well, I suppose they could come too.

Varda: hop into a plane to Izmir and book in at the Dereli motel in Pamucak. Bring the kids though. I reckon Max and Jacob would get on great, and Charlotte isn't at all snobbish about playing with younger kids if Ethan will have her!

What lovely shots of a palm tree I never knew about the white flowers before! Makes me want to be on a beach somewhere hot now!

Fantastic pictures. The more entries I see, the more I feel my photo is not up to scratch.

Beautiful photos. Love palm trees, always get soooo relaxed when hearing the sea, the wind blowing through the palm trees and hear the leaves murmer.
Not that we have a lot of palm trees here but...
